Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical quality series products are yellow or brown yellow viscous liquid. The relative molecular mass is 2,000~4,000. The product content is about 65%, and the series of products include 13 varieties. |
Use | Uses for low-temperature dehydration of crude oil, desalination. Its hydrophilicity is stronger than that of AP demulsifier. Used as demulsifier, suitable for dehydration of water-in-oil crude oil emulsion. It is characterized by fast dehydration speed, good dehydration performance at low temperature and good fluidity in winter. |
1. Polyethylene polyamine polyoxyethylene polypropylene ether is obtained by polycondensation of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide with alkali as catalyst and polyethylene polyamine as starting agent. Then neutralize with alkene sulfuric acid, remove inorganic salts by pressure filtration, and add appropriate amount of solvent after dehydration to prepare the product. See demulsifier AE for details.
2. Add 1 mol of polyvinylpolyamine as starting agent to the pressure kettle, and then add 0.5% solid NaOH as catalyst. Use dry nitrogen to drive out the air in the kettle. After heating to 100 ℃, m mol of ethylene oxide was introduced and reacted at 120~140 ℃ for 4 h at 0.2 MPa. Then the temperature is cooled, the pressure is lowered, and after reaching 100 ℃, n mol of propylene oxide is continued for polycondensation under the above conditions. After the reaction is completed, sulfuric acid is added for neutralization, pressure filtration is performed to remove inorganic salts, and the filtrate is added to the distillation kettle for dehydration and then diluted into a 65% solution.
